The owner, Jonathan Gravell, holds a Construction Science Degree from Texas A&M University at College Station. His experience comes from working as a project manager for a San Antonio custom home builder for over six years. It was hard for him to leave that position, but he was presented with an opportunity to work as a construction/quality control manager for one of the largest developers of country club communities in the United States, based out of Palm Desert, California. This company performed most construction "in house", which allowed Jonathan to gain experience, not only in homes, but also in land development and golf course construction. Additionally, he was involved with the country club design, construction and operation. He is grateful for the experience he has gained from these opportunities, and still maintains good personal and working relationships with both companies.
